Cancelation Policy

Cancellation  for COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  1. Before Restaurant Acceptance

    • If the order is cancelled before the restaurant accepts it, no payment is required.

  2. After Restaurant Acceptance

    • Once the restaurant has accepted the order and started preparation, the order cannot be cancelled.

    • If the customer refuses to accept the food at delivery, the order amount will still be considered payable and the customer’s account may be restricted for future COD orders.

  3. Delivery Partner Reached but Customer Unavailable

    • If the delivery partner arrives at the given address and the customer is unavailable/unreachable, the order will be marked as delivered/unsuccessful.

    • The customer may be blacklisted from COD orders and only allowed prepaid orders in the future.

  4. Repeated COD Cancellations/Refusals

    • If a customer repeatedly cancels or refuses COD orders after food is prepared, Swadisth Pokhran may:

      • Temporarily or permanently disable COD option for that customer.

      • Suspend the account for misuse.

  5. Refunds for COD Orders

    • Since COD means “Pay at Delivery,” no refunds apply after successful delivery.

    • In rare cases (wrong or damaged order verified by support), Swadisth Pokhran may issue a partial or full refund via online payment mode, but not in cash.
